I’m gonna leave an honest and I feel very fair review here, because it’s a business in today’s age of technology… communication with customers really should be the number one priority second only to the quality of the product and sadly that’s where ES Sabre fall down.. while and estimated delivery time was quoted from the date of order for two weeks with the potential four weeks during busy periods, no indication was given whether or not this was a busy period and in the end I believe it took just over five weeks to deliver.
What upset me most was despite leaving a voicemail message on the phone just politely asking for an update, as well as multiple emails and messages, no acknowledgement or reply was received following the phone call complaint…. And it took 16 days to get a reply to my very first email. My assumption can only be this is a part-time operation with no real handle on the importance of communication as a customer service.
Purchased on a recommendation from one of my students, sadly I won’t be able to pass on that recommendation to others unless you’re in absolutely no hurry for any replies or product delivery.
A disappointing experience, I’m only hoping that the product itself stands up now
Lightsaber is good but it took over a month to deliver
Excellent product but took 5 weeks to receive it.
Zakup miecza Aetron był znakomitym posunięciem. Produkt wykonany jest bezbłędnie tak pod względem walorów bitewnych jak i wizualnych. Czas realizacji i przesyłki bez zarzutu. Napewno wraz z synem skorzystamy jeszcze z oferty ES SABERS.
What can I say, well made, robust, awesome. Took a bit longer to arrive but worth the wait.
Got a xenopixel version, so configurable with the app.
Really well made. Qe bought 3 sabres for Christmas and they are all excellent! Many Thanks!
Sabre com materiais muito bons...facil de manusear..instruções muito claras.
Entregam o que prometem..
De certeza que irei comprar mais sabres.
Obrigado
The Aetron Combat Saber exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The hilt illumination is impressively close to my Neopixel, something I didn't expect. While the functionality doesn't quite match the Neo's full capabilities, it's surprisingly robust for the price, making it an excellent alternative for those seeking a high-quality saber without going all-in on a Neopixel model.
Great saber says my son!
Beautiful lightsaber well built a lot of care gone into delivering a great lightsaber experience.
Good audio quality, nice array of colours and sound fonts. Dark Saber was a surprise!
Harnesses the force with great power and control
I have not revieced the saber so cannot say anything yet
Super Nice! Love it !
The build quality is okay for the price. The hilt is excellent. Electronics are okay but not the absolute best. Overall a good product for the price.
Absolutely a perfect lightsaber I can't wait to buy more
Wow what an epic item to buy !!! My grandson was thrilled with !!!
Amazing saber. Very comfortable and easy to manage.
I am absolutely thrilled with my Aetron lightsaber, it's super bright, the colours look great and the sounds are fantastic too. It's easy to put the saber in the hilt or take it out and it comes in a nice box for storage.
