Nice product (so far) but very poor communication
I’m gonna leave an honest and I feel very fair review here, because it’s a business in today’s age of technology… communication with customers really should be the number one priority second only to the quality of the product and sadly that’s where ES Sabre fall down.. while and estimated delivery time was quoted from the date of order for two weeks with the potential four weeks during busy periods, no indication was given whether or not this was a busy period and in the end I believe it took just over five weeks to deliver.
What upset me most was despite leaving a voicemail message on the phone just politely asking for an update, as well as multiple emails and messages, no acknowledgement or reply was received following the phone call complaint…. And it took 16 days to get a reply to my very first email. My assumption can only be this is a part-time operation with no real handle on the importance of communication as a customer service.
Purchased on a recommendation from one of my students, sadly I won’t be able to pass on that recommendation to others unless you’re in absolutely no hurry for any replies or product delivery.
A disappointing experience, I’m only hoping that the product itself stands up now
