From start to finish thir order was terrible. I placed my order 30th september. I waited over a month until i recieved any update about my order. (Having e-mailed the so called customer service 3 times) to then finally after recieving nothing but automated email replies. I finally recieved a reply stating they didn't have the core for my lightsaber. Instead of notifying me this is the case. Then i finally recieve my saber after having already paid my second Klarna installment. To find they had sent me a base lit saber blade for my proffie lightsaber so i didnt even have a pixel blade. Then i use the pixel blade from my sons saber. Try to connect the the Xeno app that the manual tells you to use. my phone could not pick up the saber on bluetooth. I emailed customer service regarding this. to no avail. This was my very first order with ES sabers. I can confidently say i won't be coming back. I hope this review reaches sombody in the company and they decide to contact me regarding areplacement saber that fully works.
See pictures for the blade i was sent. You can see the pins in the hilt meant for pixel blade connection. When attatched the blade they sent doesn't even fully illuminate.
Perfect
We were utterly satisfied with this light saber. It looks great, feels great, performs great. The one thing we lacked was information about the fact that it was made in China.
Used this for a Halloween party. Thoroughly impressed with the design and features. Hoping to get practice with it over the years as well.
Overall this is a stellar product (no pun intended). An excellent price for anyone wanting a cheaper alternative for a character saber, or those that dislike the chunky block switch of Obi wan’s screen accurate hilts.
However, there are a few things that irk me about the design.
The power button stands out from the hilt significantly and is easy to catch during sparing or general waving about, accidentally switching off and changing settings can take you out of the moment.
Having to undo the hilt to charge is irritating as I have to have bits lying about whilst it charges. I can see why this has to be the case due to the design of the hilt as creating a space for the port would compromise the strength as it moves towards the thin neck and the overall aesthetics of the hilt itself.
This is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars.
Bar that, highly recommended.
My son absolutely loves his Saber. It's excellent quality and looks fantastic. The functionality is superb. We did wait around five weeks for it to be built and made but it was worth the wait. You can control the Saber using an app which is great when it works but sometimes crashes. Overall though we are very happy.
