20/07/2022 - Current waiting times on orders

Hi all,

Thank you for your support if you have placed an order with us. We really do appreciate it!

You may or may not be aware that our normal 2 week production time has been extended due to the large volume of orders that are coming in and we would like to apologise for any delay on getting your order out.

Some orders are going out as normal and others have been taking a little longer - currently this could be between 3-4 weeks. This is mainly on sabers such as the Obi due to the recent Disney series which has made demand for these a lot higher than normal, but there are others too which are also in high demand.

Please know we are working extremely hard to get orders out as quickly as possible and if you have not received a tracking number yet then please do have patience with us while we are sorting your order.

If you need to contact us then please email us as this is the best way for us to get back to you and is checked the most often.

Due to the large amount of orders, our normal response times are taking a little longer too.
