Support Removal

The quality of the product appears to be very good, but I received no instructions. I emailed twice, the second one advising I would leave a poor review if not answered, and that was too ignored. I appreciate the company is a small one, but communication is very important, and I feel I have paid for a product I cannot use because I have no idea how to put it together.

I love how sturdy this print is. I have been put off the moulded ones as I wanted something solid which this is.
Yes there is work that needs to be done like sanding and assembly but that's part of the fun.
My gripes are that I didn't receive the chin cup that was advertised as part of the description, nor the visor.
And I have no idea what "support removal" means.
