Quality, soundcard and brightness of blade were all superb. Great using the app to find tune it. Just watched 4,5 and 6 again withy new lightsabre for company.lol.
I haven't tried the product yet, so I can't write about how it works, but I had a bad experience receiving it and that's why I'm writing it here.
I received an email from the shipping company indicating the day and time slot I was going to receive the order. That day and time slot was great for me because I was going to be at home.
It turns out that the sword was a gift (like everything you receive at this time) and I had the bad luck of receiving it the day before the agreed date with the bad luck of not being at home and the person who picked up the order was the person I'm going to give it to, who was at home at the time. This is a big problem because you sent the box without covering it in any way, that is, it comes in the original box with the photo of the sword on two sides and all the shipping stickers stuck on the original box. I think this is a mistake because it is very obvious (because of the shape) but also the person I am going to give it to saw perfectly what it was because the box has the photo… in other words, very bad luck on the part of the delivery person and also on your part. You should cover the orders with an external cardboard box or at least wrap it in a bag. It also comes full of stickers that it was very difficult to remove and I have not been able to remove them completely so as not to deliver the gift in such a bad way and for my little daughters to see that it is an order from the internet…
It really is not a bad experience because of the product itself, but I am very disappointed because there is no surprise factor on Christmas Eve…
Awesome sabers - great product. The user manual could be clearer - it takes some time to figure out the one button configuration and there is not a directly link on the homepage.I have no idea what my core is - and it is not listed in my order anywhere.
Also, delivery.., Get it sorted, and estimatation of EU taxes would also be nice.
I bought this for my son for Christmas. He picked the saber he wanted. It was well packaged when it arrived. Easy to assemble, only 4 screws to be put in on this one. Easy to use, great ap (on phone) to help with controls, volume, colour if light etc.. Great service from company throughout, I would highly recommend. Thanks

Its really great absolutely love it and the app but one issue is the coupler at the end is to stiff to remove which has nothing to do with sabers functions but is a (very slight) aesthetic problem
My nephew loves this sabre. It has pretty cool features like changing colours and making sounds upon impact etc.

This is the best combat lightsaber on the market today! Hands down.
It’s not functional, it refuses to charge because when I plug in the C cable to the charging port, the saber turns on and just flickers, so it never charges and I’ve tried everything except for smashing into the wall to turn it off while charging and I’m now finding out it’s very warm when in my hand. Don’t anyone test the product before shipping??
It's an amazing gift
Early days with it, but seems well put together and my 10 year old LOVES it!
If I'm being ultra fussy, I'd prefer the hilt to not have the cut-out where the blade fits, just to ensure maximum blade support, but it doesn't seem to be a problem and I'm sure it is fine.

Good saber
Saber is great, but there is no sound at all. I tried everything, and couldn't make it to work. Customer support left me after a couple of messages. Unfortunate.
High quality, great build and instructions. The saber is tough and has so many functions it’s amazing. Just wish these existed when I was a kid.
