05/07/2022 - Update on orders placed in June
Thanks for taking the time to visit our website and read through this update.
Firstly we would like to apologise to anyone that has been waiting on orders through the end of may and June. We understand that a lot of you have been contacting us about your orders and may have not had a quick response from us or even one at all - we would like to send out a huge apology if this relates to your order.
In the last 4-6 weeks, we have been completely overwhelmed with orders, emails and messages and our production, dispatch and response time has had quite an impact due to this, so has been much slower than normal.
We understand this can be frustrating for you especially if you are waiting to give one of our sabers as a present or gift to a loved one or friend and we share that frustration with you.
We've been working around the clock and as hard as we can to keep on top of the orders, any repairs or custom jobs, and for us to do this has meant we have had to allocate more time to setting up a longer term solution for processing and managing orders as well as taking more time to employ new team members and also train them.
This has been extremely time consuming for both myself and Dan and has been a huge learning curve as this is the first time we have had the volume of orders we are receiving.
We ask kindly that you can give us as much patience as possible while we are going through this period and to only contact us if absolutely necessary until we can get back on top of things.
Any orders from the very end of May to mid June will be going out this week and in to early next week. If you have not received a tracking number then your order is still being sorted, your tracking will come through as soon as it has been dispatched.
Once again we apologise for the delay on any orders still waiting to go out and thank you a million times for your support.
